Get help in the app
The fastest way to reach us is the Help Center inside SellTorch:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Help Center.
- Describe the problem, add up to 5 screenshots if they help, and send.
Your request reaches us with your account details attached, so we can find what you're describing. We answer by email, at the address on your account.
Delete your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, in the app:
- Open Settings and tap your profile to open Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type delete account to confirm.
What deletion does:
- Your account and sign-in are deleted, and you're signed out on every device.
- Every organization where you are the only member is deleted with all its data: listings, photos and files, notes, tags, orders, buyer conversations, marketplace connections, assistant chats and support requests.
- You leave every other organization you belong to. That organization and its data stay with its other members.
- If you own an organization that has other members, hand ownership to one of them first (Settings → the organization → Members → give them the Owner role); the app will tell you if this is needed.
- Listings already published on a marketplace and your marketplace account itself stay on that marketplace; manage or end them there if you want them gone. You can also revoke SellTorch's access from your marketplace account settings.
Deletion can't be undone. If you can't get into the app, email support@selltorch.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for details on what is kept and for how long.
Common questions
How do I connect my eBay account?
In the app, open Settings, tap your organization, then Connections. Choose eBay and sign in to eBay to approve access. SellTorch can then publish your listings and sync your orders and buyer messages. If eBay asks you to sign in again later, the connection shows that it needs attention; reconnect it from the same place.
How does SellTorch turn photos into listings?
Add photos of your items and SellTorch groups them by item and drafts a title, description and item details with AI. Drafts can be wrong, so always review them before you publish.
What can the assistant do?
The assistant can look up and change your store data the way you could in the app: find listings and orders, read buyer messages, edit and publish listings. It acts only within what your role in the organization allows. Check its work, especially before anything goes live on a marketplace.
Can I use SellTorch from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. SellTorch has an MCP server you can add as a connector in AI apps that support it. You sign in with your SellTorch account, and the AI app can then work with your store data on your behalf.
Can I work with a team?
Yes. Your store lives in an organization. Invite members from the organization's settings and choose their roles; owners and admins can adjust what each role can do.
A listing didn't publish or update on eBay. What now?
Open the listing to see the marketplace's message. Usually eBay needs a field fixed (for example a required item specific); fix it and try again. If the message isn't clear, send us a request from the Help Center with a screenshot.
